2 Corinthians 1:8~11 We do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about the hardships we suffered, ... under great pressure far beyond our ability to endure... On Him we have set our hope that He will continue to deliver us,
as you help us by your prayers. Then many will give thanks on our behalf for the gracious favour
granted us in answer to the prayers of many.

It enables Pastor to move beyond his human ability to God's ability.
Your intercession makes tremendous difference in his ministry to YOU.

Why does the enemy attack the shepherds?

Zechariah 13:7 . Strike the Shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered. Then I will turn my hand against the little ones.

The enemy is after the sheep - he is after YOU! So when you are praying for your shepherd,
you are praying also for your own well-being and protection!

YOU RECEIVE THE COMMANDED BLESSINGS

Psalms 133 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head, running down on the beard, the beard of Aaron, running down on the edge of his garments. It is like the dew of Hermon, descending upon the mountains of Zion; for there the LORD commanded the blessing -- life forevermore.

You receive the dew of Hermon, the refreshing touch of the Lord. You experience intimate relationship with the Lord as you pray every day. Intercessors visiting Dr David Cho's church in Korea noticed that in every meeting,
they pray for Dr Cho and sensed a tremendous sense of unity and love.

The more you pray for your pastor, the more you will understand and appreciate his heart and burden. You will flow in line with his vision and the resulting unity will release great commanded blessings.

TESTIMONY

I signed up as Pastor Joshua and Pastor Carey's prayer partner a few years ago when I joined RLC. Since then, I have been praying 7 minutes a day in the Spirit for them everyday. Despite only spending as little as 7 minutes a day, I see that my needs have been met supernaturally sometimes even without me noticing. It is really a joy and a privilege for me,
keeping my shepherds in prayer.
